"I submit my complaint to the employees. They destroyed my dream. They lost my certificates twice. They are old and very racist. They do not like to provide help. They speak stupidly and frustratedly with the student and cause bad frustration. There are old men with white hair who spoke to me with contempt. And the advisor. I waited for about 4 hours. No one helps. They made me cry and give up everything. My ambitions: When I ask the employee at the door that I have been sitting for a long time, he says to me: If you want to go out, tell me how they can treat people with this behavior. Do I see this as something before? It is bad. I have not visited her again."

"I Graduated in July of 2008 [ Lpn) I recently requested for a Certificate of Graduation to be mailed to Nashville so as to endorse my nursing license in the State of Massachusetts, after 2 weeks I get an email from license board( MA) saying that can’t approve it since the school is not accredited, I contact Amanda Davis the program coordinator ( Penn valley) and all she said to me was “It’s accredited, I told them that” I emailed her so ask if she could give them a call, send in more paper work And the lady went mute How is one supposed to deal with such an issue, everything went thru Amanda desk for approval, my question is what did they write on those forms or what did they not write?? I need this issue resolved!!"
