Three stars only because they had overnight parking and my load was actually ready when I got there."

"Got there at 9:30 am for my 9:30 am appointment on a Saturday. Checked in and got a door right away. Sat there for 5 hours watching them load trailers that they then just parked in the lot. Once they started loading me, they were done in 13 minutes. Got my paperwork 10 minutes later. I don't work there, so I don't know, but it sure seemed like they were getting their work done while ignoring the FOUR trucks that sat there for hours. I know they need to get their work done, but they had just a few trucks with drivers in them waiting to get out of there. If I ever get sent their again, I'll go, but they are going to hate me."

"My 1st time here I waited an hour for the seal to be broken by Darren. Had not another person approached me I would have waited longer. No big deal there, 2nd time here I wait to get unloaded they do a good job and get it done fast. A kid in his early 20's closed fist bangs on my truck like he's mad and walks away immediately. Doesn't say "hey we're done". OK whatever. I go inside and the lady (not the older one), is just dropping F bombs everywhere and the older lady asked me if the guys where done unloading and I said "well a kid banged on my truck and walked away so I guess that means, done" I guess that answer didn't sit well with her so she hands me the paper and when I hand it back and asked for the time I received the paper to be written down she replies "they got you done in less than 2 hours I don't know what's your damn problem" and throws the BOL to were it went back to her and had to re throw it. This place is unprofessional. I was never even mad. Sam (general manager) you need some better training here. Picture of the younger potty mouth and older attitude included"

"Drop and hooked here twice. Both times the load was ready when I got there or soon after. Bobtail parking available. I haven't been to the facility itself. Always drop empty in drop lot and pick up preload. Lot is Dusty gravel. Weigh station in front of lot exit is 11 bucks. No credit cards accepted"
