"I been paying for this medical insurance for over a year for my wife she had surgery done a couple of months ago and insurance company declined the surgery even though it's in their network they said because they didn't use anesthesia for the surgery I have the bill in my hand and clearly show that they use anesthesia twice this insurance company is just a scam. people don't get this company they denied all coverage."

"These people lie still, and cheat from you and take any extra money. They possibly can get out of you without any healthcare involved. This is not real insurance as you can see nobody has giving an A+. I hope somebody sees this before they get scammed.!! It breaks my heart, but we’re in a country of brilliant people but yet we can’t provide any kind of affordable health insurance or help people when they’re in need this company truly takes advantage of anybody they possibly can they might as well be selling street drugs! "Absolutely pays nothing!! I even had to pay for Teledoc. they couldn’t get the paperwork sent over to Teledoc to explain it was a paid service through my policy. No providers take this insurance. Paid 400 a month for 5 months. Stay away from this plan!!! Hey all who reads this. Call the Insurance Commission for state of Kansas and fill out complaint form!! This is the best way to get results and get this company exposed for what they are doing!!"

"Do not go with this company! It shows they have a list of providers that take their insurance but many of those providers do not actually take their insurance. I went to get lab work done from LabCorp, this showed up on their list of providers. I bought a policy that was supposed to cover lab work. I got a bill for $3000 plus after I paid the $150 deductible (this should have been all I paid). I called Unified Life and talked to Mike and he said they only go through Quest (which did not show on their providers). When I told him I went through LabCorp because that was stated as my provider in my area and Labcorp is saying the insurance says they will not cover it, he just hung up on me. I called three times after being hung up on each time. I say an attorney needs to get involved as I'm sure I am not the only one this is happening to."
