"So I had a package delivered to my address in Cameron instead of being forwarded to my address in Kearney. I have no idea why it wasn't forwarded as all my other mail has been. Now the package is in NY. Lori the supervisor was to find out and have it sent back was going to call or send an email as to where it is and when I would receive it. I haven't received either one. She actually acts like it's my fault for not driving to Cameron to pick it up."

"the front desk is inattentive, and the mail clerk was very dismissive. Every other local Post Office I have used some tape on hand if needed. This one does not, I can only see it as an attempt to force you to purchase the Post Office is tape that they keep on the wall. That would not be a big deal except for the fact that the mark up the price Is far beyond what it ever should be. The stocked supplies for priority mail are virtually empty leaving only the most expensive options available."

"So I walked into the post office one day to see if they were holding any of my mail I took the change of address forms I had from old address to current address and they acted like they didn't understand a word that I was saying or even knew how to correct the situation and I am currently still waiting on my debit card and information after filing my taxes would like to know how I could solve this problem and reach any person above the people in the post office to solve this problem cuz I am currently still waiting on my debit card had to renew it after deactivating my old one and still currently waiting on that one don't understand what is so hard about doing your job especially when you know for a fact that most of the mail in Cameron gets delivered to the wrong houses majority of the time the people in Cameron end up having to go into liver other people's mail that are three four blocks over from where they should be this problem should be solved and would appreciate if my problem would be taken care of cuz I've been waiting two months for my current debit card as well as the rest of the information from the tax service that I'm went through World Finance hope this helps anyone"

"If you have save the dates and wedding invitations DO NOT GO TO THIS POST OFFICE! Both times I have took over 200 pieces of mail here and both times I’ve been screwed over by the person working at the front who failed to do there job. As someone who has never mailed this amount of mail I told them it was my first time, and they just dumped my mail and I left. Then I received more than half of my save the dates back and had to pay more money to send them out! And the clerk even told me she should of checked before I left if they fit through the required slot. I paid and went on. With my wedding invitations; I went in and made sure they fit through the required slot. Left. Now I have people get there invitations ripped up in a bag. End of story is this post office is careless and doesn’t do they job."

"We continually get mail for previous customers. We write "return to sender, addressee moved, no forwarding address." mail sent from businesses and states address correction requested but we keep getting it back. Very bothersome Otherwise fantastic."
