"Hands down best customer service and must I say the best local sportswear around at an affordable price! I felt welcome as soon as I walked through the door thanks to Brandi and Laurie!! Very satisfied and will definitely be back for more business! Definitely worth checking outlet if haven't yet!!!"
"Very nice staff, and has a lot to pick from for sports shirts and printing offer too."
"Beware renting a uhaul here! The first truck was broken the second one they charged me an extra 80 miles because I didn’t take pictures of the odometer. All I have to say is TAKE A LOT OF PICTURES BEFORE AND AFTER!!!! Or use someone else."
"Very rude and obnoxious owner. I recommend going to the city for your suit rentals to people in Caldwell and surrounding counties. BUYER BEWARE"
"The owner, Brandy, is running possibly the most unprofessional business in the state of Missouri. I rented numerous suits from this business back in October 22. A friend of mine advised against doing so but the location was convenient so I disregarded his recommendation to go else where. That was my first mistake. To make a long story short, dealing with His and Hers was nothing but a headache. At first, I tried to make a couple changes to the reservation in which Brandy refused to give me a refund on anything. Fair enough, I thought as I switched some people out so the deposit money wouldn't go to waste. Then came the day that I received the suits. (note: Brandy only took measurements for half of the suits. The other measurements were sent to me via Mens Warehouse). The only suits the came back as somewhat fitting were the measurements sent to me from Mens Warehouse, the others were so off that my wife had to crop wedding pictures as to not make it look embarrassing. Oh well, I thought. I'm pretty easy going so I left it alone and returned the suits. Didn't hear anything from Brandy or the business up until my friends fiance went and spoke with Brandy a couple days ago. Brandy proceeded to tell her that I didn't return certain items and that I owe her money. Hearing this, I went through my phone and couldn't find one single missed call or text from Brandy after the wedding. I called Brandy who basically denied everything except that I owed her $52. I asked her why this was the first time I am hearing this. She said "I wasn't worried about it so I didn't reach out to you". As a person who takes pride in not owing anybody money, I was/am infuriated that a business owner would tell strangers that I owe them money but somehow didn't see any reason to notify me of the "$52 that is owed". I'm still confused why she never reached out to me about it. My conclusion is this: the owner (Brandy) is a rude, trash-talking, grumpy old lady that can't accurately take suit measurements. If someone forgets to return their cuff links, she will bash you behind your back while never mentioning any problem to your face. I don't know of a more unprofessional business. Buyer beware!"
