"My DD is 4. But she can't go to head start. Because they are based off income and say my household makes too much money. My daughter CANT get and EDUCATION because I make too much money. What's wrong with this? Disappointed in Missouri's education process. And very disappointed with the Head Start program. Its not head start anything."
