"Do better background checks. While a teacher at Minneha Elementary in Wichita, your athletic director, Michael Weiler, slapped children in the face and picked them up off the ground by the front of their shirts. Weiler also threw books across classrooms and yelling at students for simple things like running out of paper. Great thing to do at a school that had underprivileged kids. The man had a dangerous temper and should have been fired, but the wonderful Wichita school district did nothing. It would be nice if he owned up to it, but I doubt the coward ever will."

"When, I started with Hickman Mills last summer as night Custodian I was excited and happy to be part of what seemed to be a nice group of professionals. After numerous very shocking & false personal accusations thrown at me. It was truly like being bullied by a gang. Which included my Principal, Head Supervisor, Maintenance, and Custodial Management. Finally I was forced to give District Human Resources my resignation recently this past January. Unfortuntly Teacher's Staff and Service Workers have constant turnover. Meaning kids are often left with a few teachers staff from day to day. The schools have fewer crew members to help clean buildings each night. Plain harassment."

"Link for new family enrollment on district website does not work. No one seems to ever answer the phone here when you need assistance, and earliest appointment is September 6th?? Uh, school starts next Tuesday (Aug.23rd). Really not getting off to a good start here... haven't even enrolled and I am already irritated. What is going on here??"

"I had to pull our child out because the district is so bad. Over time our child’s behavior began to get worse including cursing hitting and just acting grown. Academics were not improving at all they send home at least 10-20 pages of homework that make no sense and not easy for them to comprehend. Went to a different school district and everything improved in 30 days with our child. I will happy when they shut all of them down especially Ervin and symington. Trust me all of the teachers including principal only care about a paycheck and not the students best interest. Teachers think you are they friend by telling you they were hanging out the night before or was at their second job. Waits two weeks to tell me my child cursed and smacked a kid. It’s beyond horrible communication they are just not competent to teach children at all. Kids running through the halls cursing and threatening teachers to the point I had to look at my child in front of the bad child disrespecting the teacher and tell my child just because you see them act a fool does not mean you do that. I felt scared for my child sending her crying and just in complete disarray with sending my child here. Oh by the way if your child has special needs you are 100% your child will become worse. They have way too many kids In one class almost 30 kids a class. Like I said it should have been shut down years ago some how someone is making money still for them to transform Baptist and still be the worse school district in both states. Put the money back into the schools and teachers that actually care about their job and the well being of the students and not just collecting a check. I saw many teachers and staff more worried about their hair and clothes strutting through the halls than weather the kids actually learn anything. I’m tired of seeing the principal on tv as well when I say they do no care about your child’s education and safety believe me when I say that I tried for three years to give them a chance and symington really traumatized me from ever using Kansas City schools or Hickman mills schools."
