"Great school ! The professors are very helpful and understanding. They understand that you are human being and you will have a lot going on. They are willing to work with you as much as they can . As a black immigrant student, I did not experience any racism at RCON, it felt like home. The school is very diverse. I will recommend this school to anyone who wants to early their BSN."
"This is the most racist, cliquey school of nursing from the Provost to the Dean herself to the ALL white faculty and white staff. Almost no person of color among the senior faculty or just one. Diversity is almost none existent here, only recently did they start admitting more students of color. My sister in law also attended this nursing school and has nothing good to say about them. They have their “favorites” and you have to be white or have a nurse parent or attend high school with their kids, etc. Even if you are the most intelligent person of color you will struggle in this place and be under constant scrutiny, while white students get away with a lot that they should not get away with. I would NOT recommend this nursing school to non white prospective students. Funny enough, this nursing school is in a predominantly black neighborhood, still the racism is glaring and of course they would never admit to it because they are majority white."
