I want to give a mega shout out to Chad Alban and Jeremy Coons for being the best instructors I have come across in any regards to instructors teaching for a new career. The amount of patience they have gathered over the years really is Oscar award winning. They seem to be the perfect dynamic duo as far as teams go. They are so fine tune in their program to know when push hard and to easy and be gentle. We had one climber that was terrified to finish the course and thanks to Chad's experience and people skills he was able to build confidence in the climber and he finish. After I saw that the increase of respect was automatic. They know how to make the day fun and play around, so as much as this is a serious environment they know how to break the tension."

"For how short the program is, you certainly learn a lot in 30 weeks. My teachers during the online portion, Chad and Jeremy, once I got to the on-site bootcamp were not only exceedingly knowledgeable but great guys. They were very serious when they needed to be but were also easy to get along with and managed to make the hard training both interesting and enjoyable. I started very nervous about asking questions or emailing the teachers to clarify on subjects, but realized after the first class that I had nothing to worry about.
