"I meant to leave this review back in Summer 2023 but I suppose it’s better late than never (sometimes). I approached Rouse law firm in February 2023 cocneening a chapter 7 bankruptcy. I had recently undergone a career change from being a factory worker to becoming an OTR truck driver and my paychecks were suffering. That was compounded with an ugly divorce that left me with nearly $100,000 in tax debt. To say I was drowning in debt would be an understatement of epic proportions. Like those of you reading this review, I was freaked out! I wasn’t even sure if they would be able to help and I certainly wasn’t optimistic. BUT…they did not disappoint in the least. Tabitha and Mark couldn’t have been more helpful or professional. From the very first consultation, my nerves were put to rest when they assured me they would do everything they could to give me a fresh start. I’m here to say they followed through with what they said they would do. My chapter 7 was filed in March 2023 and it was finalized in June or July 2023 and I’ve been able to sleep so much better since that time. Not only that but I also have a much better handle on my finances. If you’re seeking a competent firm to handle your bankruptcy case, you needn’t look any further than Norman E. Rouse, Collins, Webster & Rouse."

"Norman Rouse is a con-artist. He practices law to cheat and swindle. I have had the displeasure of learning this while he lied, violated ethical standards and rules for professional conduct in the interest of cheating people. It is not a lawyers job to lie and cheat to protect his clients from liability. A legitimate attorney acknowledges his clients' liability and tries to resolve the case without unnecessary litigation. But, not in Jasper County. They think as long as they have con-artists with law license like Rouse, then they can buy the courts and that's how they practice law here. People call him Norman the louse because he is so lousy at practicing law legitimately that he has to scheme and bribe to win for his clients (who are equally lousy and conniving). I have met him on several cases where he was scheming and lying. Avoid him like louse and don't do business with his clients because they employ him to cheat in the courts to protect them from liability for their wrongdoing. An embarrassment to the profession. And he claims he was the prosecuting attorney for 35 years! You can bet he did nothing but violate the laws and rights of litigants; in my experience with him, he takes pride in having done so and then handed the opportunity to do it to Theresa Kenney like it was an honor."
