"They delivered a load to our shop and the driver was totally incompetent. The driver hit the trailer docked at the adjacent bay and damaged the trailer. Optima is refusing to compensate us for the damage, claiming they are "working on it" for over 60 days! DO NOT USE if you want you freight to arrive undamaged!!!!"
