Petro Trucking Co. Inc

"Possibly a fake company... I paid them more than $1,000 through Uship to haul a motorcycle across the country. Prior to delivery, they changed the terms of the agreement and said that they wanted payment via Cash App before the motorcycle would be dropped off. When I cited that was not in the terms of the contractual agreement, they cited "policy," but refused to share that policy with me or write up a new contract. Refusing to pay, they then allegedly dropped my motorcycle off at a storage unit. Finally relenting to paying them so as to find the location of my motorcycle, they tell me it is in East Los Angeles (400 miles away from my home) in a storage facility - Autoluxe L.A. - that seems to be bogus (ie. phone calls go straight to voicemail, website link goes to a broken website, etc.) I cannot claim that they stole my motorcycle outright, but the motorcycle that I paid for and then paid Petro Trucking Co. Inc to deliver is not in my garage. Instead, it is in an undisclosed place that is inaccessible to me or anyone else and now all parties are unresponsive."
