"Awful property management company. We have made several requests for repairs in our current lease (Feb) and absolutely none of them have been addressed. The house is sinking on the west side by several inches, back porch steps are rotten, three gas leaks resulting in an insanely high gas bill. The house was “flipped” and definitely qualifies for “the landlord special”. All communication attempts have been essentially ignored and we are left with no choice but a public forum. Reconsider renting from this company, they either don’t have the staff to maintain their properties or don’t care."
