"The world's Worst place to live !! They showed us an excellent display, and the apartment was nowhere near it. Horrible customer service; don’t expect any assistance from the office. They will leave you high and dry. I moved out after staying there one year and cleaned up my apartment from Professional cleaners even tho they charged me hell Lots of money for cleaning. I wish I could give a -0 rating to this horrible place. So so-called swimming pool was closed half of the time in summer ( without any reason) the water is like a pond( green and dirty)"

"Went to rent 2 years ago, never open on weekends, had to take time off work (9-5 mon-fri) to see a apartment. They then promised the world and showed us a awesome display. We sent application money and jumped through the obnoxious and silly hurtles of applying to live there and were accepted. Then told us we will be staying in a unit thats right behind a bunch of construction equipment near a basketball court... We backed out, and said keep the money. What put the nail in the coffin is seeing the mind boggling price while reviews are absolutely cooking them alive. Shame to see such a pretty place in such a appealing location waste away under poor management and slum lord ownership. Not to mention seeing the picture of a spider trap FULL TO THE GILLS with life threatening brown recluse spiders. If you are seeing 2 or more a year you have an infestation and is too dangerous for children. 5-8 in a year is a contaminated apartment not suitable for living. Yikes."

"I had a representative return a call, and when i made a mistake misgendering them, they hung up aggressively. I did not mean to make such a mistake and i have hearing issues. I hope the management company here can teach this representative to have more self control in the future it was very unprofessional and extremely rude."

"Weird neighbors basketball court is always trashed pool is falling apart. water problems in the celling leaking and bad plumbing. Always a new problem every year not very good management can’t keep the same people new people every year. Take your money somewhere else where you’re more appreciated and better takin care of. Forget to mention the sketchy trailer park behind the complex.People who live there walk over here and take your license and check cars. Everything is the cheapest they could buy not even a full size fridge. Full of spiders my sticky traps are so full after a year. They should probably destroy all of these apts and start over. A 1 out of 5 is to nice if I could of gave a 0 out of 5 I would never rent from here."
