"This hotel is a thief. I booked on Priceline and tried for 3 days to call the hotel to just verify the room was there and request a tub if they had one. The phone number in the site and online doesn't not work. I call the customer service number I booked it through and they told me, they couldn't do anything as they had no way to contact the hotel either. They said they could not give a refund without their permission. I asked them what do they do if they done respond, and they told me there is nothing you can do. They refuse to issue a refund. I have since filed complaints with the state, and bbb against both companies and already started a fraud claim with the bank. People need to report thieves like this and it sad that Priceline won't do anything or refund the money."
"Just a week ago, we stumbled upon this motel in a pinch, needing a place to stay on short notice. Despite the hurried circumstances, we were pleasantly surprised! The rooms were clean and noticeably fresh, seemingly recently renovated. Having stayed in countless hotels and motels for work, I've seen all sorts of conditions, and this one easily ranks among the best. What truly impressed me was the kitchenette in every room, perfect for quick meals or snacks. Plus, the fact that they're pet-friendly is a huge bonus for traveling pet owners like myself. My only minor snag was when we requested a change of bed linens. It took a couple of days for them to arrive. In their defense, they were dealing with a rather loud guest who created a public disturbance, so understandably, my request might not have been their immediate focus. Despite this minor hiccup, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to others. It's a clean, comfortable, and convenient option, especially for those with pets."
"We were greeted by friendly staff, however from the stairs to the hallways of the rooms, it smelled like smoke even though you’d have to pay a fee to smoke. The room did not smell, however was worth probably $50. Love the effort in making this place “nicer”, but there’s a hole in the wall that was covered with some plastic being held by a chair. We couldn’t close the bedroom door without it hitting the bed, or even open it without hitting the tv. Not to mention, the tv wouldn’t even turn on. In the double twin bedroom, the bed completely blocked off the closet. Our friends’ room had really sticky floors. The staff was nice enough to get us some clean bedding for the pullout couch. Overall, it’s a decent price for one night, but would not recommend bringing kids, or for non-professional trips."
"If I could rank this hotel less than 1, I would. The elevator was broken and we had to wait for well over an hour for a ground floor room to be cleaned. The room was still dirty, even though a "manager" checked it. They left no hand soap or wash clothes for us. The people in the room above us were extremely loud all night on Wednesday/Thursday night. The dog in the room across the hall barked non-stop for several hours. I called the "desk" to ask for the wifi-password. After the phone rang 40 times and no one answered, I finally figured it out. The hallways constantly stunk like marijuana. Several lights in our room did not work. Our bathroom door would not shut all the way and the door leading to the hallway would not shut unless you literally slammed it shut every time! The TV remote stopped working and we had to unplug the TV to turn it off. There were many people there who seemed to be living there full-time. There seemed to be no one individual managing the hotel. We will NEVER stay in this hotel again. It's definitely a "you get what you pay for" hotel; cheap and poorly run. The last time we stayed there it was acceptable. NOT this time!!! The entire hotel needs to be updated and thoroughly cleaned!"
"The sheets were dirty, the tub was dirty with standing water. We didn't feel comfortable to bring our things in from the car. The door to the room was broken so we had to use the latch. The rooms need renovated. Housekeeping should verify the linen is changed, and the place is cleaned. Cops were present on more than one occasion. Not a great place. We had a kitchenette with zero utensils, pots, pans, etc. We would have had to purchase a whole kitchen ensemble just to make something work. As a military family, we chose it because it was in outer budget, but for the price we spent... we would have rather been cramped instead of staying there."
