"Rent at your own risk. For future reference I would not rent from Bequette. Very money hungry, lies, very rude when they know their wrong, and snobby. I think he blackmail his staff to do what he says, because you can tell they know truth but can't give you any help when they actually want to. Got a eviction notice on Friday and was demanded to leave by Monday. That's not legally. Nice area nice structure. Just rude to tenants and poor business aspects of you get locked in a lease. I will never do that again with a company that treats people like that. They got mad because I left my Jesus cross peice there for them to let them know God doesn't like ugly that's why they said I owed a thousand in damage when the unit had anything wrong with it, they are liers. GOD will bless me my daughter's and my wife to get much better than they were giving us. Illegally took my security deposit and used it towards what I owed for rent after we moved. If it was so damaged why did they move tenants in that same wee we moved."

"I am very happy with my apartment and how they handled an emergency issue when I was locked out of apartment. I was having an awful day and they had someone here to get me out of the cold within 15 minutes. My previous landlord never would have gone out of their way to help like that. I am very happy renting a Bequette property and happy with the professionalism."

"DO NOT RENT from this place. They are nothing more than slimy slum lords who operate illegally. All my daughters mail was forwarded to my address. However, all her mail that was sent before the forwarded date, they kept for a month. Even opening her mail, and then retapping it. This is how pathetic, immature, and unprofessional these people are. Betsy decided to hold my daughter mail for over a month and then proceeded to write bulling messages to her on the back of several pieces of her mail! I have pictures of these things and am trying to figure out how to attach for you to see."
