Falcon Apartments

"DO NOT RENT from this place. It is owned and ran by Tony Bequette and Betsy Knox. They are the true definition of what slimy slum lords are. It seems as if they target and want younger college aged kids to rent from. They seem to want those who are easily intimidated and who are unfamiliar with their rights as a tenant. They took advantage of my daughter and her boyfriend. Illegally evicting them along with intentionally and maliciously destroying their personal property. Be aware, if they ever make a payment agreement with you, don’t believe them. They used a 2 year old eviction paper to show up and remove their property from the premises. They had an eviction 2 years ago, however they worked it out and came up with a new payment agreement allowing them to stay. Out of the blue, 2 years later, they come home to their property thrown outside. They had no Legal notice or idea that their property was going to be removed. I spoke with the Union police and the sheriff’s deputy personally. They were unaware that the eviction papers he presented to them, when requesting a sheriff to be present while they removed property, was 2 years old. The proper procedure would have been to start eviction process over again, on the new agreement (contract), if they wanted to evict. The sheriff admitted he left before all property was removed. That’s when they began to intentionally and maliciously throw their couches over the balcony. They poured milk and food all over the property, they stole their tv and electronics. They even took the time to investigate and call the rental place my daughter rents to own her washer and dryer from to come pick them up! They did this, because they knew what they were doing was illegal, and if anything was to happen to them, the rental place would hold them responsible. She got her stuff back thank god! This so happened to be witnessed by another tenant, who they know. It is all on video. ALSO, All my daughters mail was forwarded to my address. However, all her mail that was sent before the forwarded date, they kept for a month. Even opening her mail, and then retapping it. This is how pathetic, immature, and unprofessional these people are. Betsy decided to hold my daughter mail for over a month and then proceeded to write bulling messages to her on the back of several pieces of her mail! I have pictures of these things and am trying to figure out how to attach for you to see."

"The falcon apartments r great for 1 or 2 people they were made for the collage students and it would be great to live here if you were a collage student and you DONT plan on having parties here. Lol"

"The complex seems to be a great first apartment. Roomy and we'll maintained. Within walking distance of shopping and some fast food. Close to the college, but overall seems to be quiet and nice."
