"Do not recommend renting from union place apartments until they get a new office manager. She is very unprofessional and will use her personal cell phone to send threats to tenants and call them at 9:30 pm with threats. She tells your business to everyone there and does not act like a professional office manager. She sits on her lazy butt all day and does not do her paperwork as needed. She waits until the deadline and will stay until 8pm at night to get caught up because she did nothing all month. She is manipulative and doesn’t care who she offends. Also, don’t date her son if you life there or she will harass you if you guys break up. He lives there as well and she is very bias when it comes to him with other tenants. She will write up or evict anyone he tells her too. She doesn’t know how to separate personal from work life and gets the two confused very easily. She is NOT a good office manager and hopefully she does not get to keep her job with all the shady stuff she pulls with tenants."

"I wouldn't recommend this place at all!!! The neighbors are totally two faced and the landlord Renee will write you up for petty stuff! And me and my elderly father got written up for something we didnt even do because a junkie said we did and had no evidence that we did it! Then she walked into our apartment while they were installing something in the air conditioner and then I only had one dirty plate on the table and she wrote us up for that the rest of the apartment was spotless mind you. I'm so glad my father and I don't live there anymore!!!!"

"Do not rent here the landlord stole my deposit an after i paid her she said my app was denied but when I turned it in she said I got approved an she said she never got my money"

"The property manager is always looking to scam you. She takes advantage of the owners being older. Wouldn't be surprised if she's robbing them blind."

"Please be aware. The property manager Renee tried to scam me out of my deposit. After my year contract was served I decided to put in my 30 day notice. She actually told me I couldn't, I would have to sign another years lease and break it in order to leave. After I reached out to a lawyer and he wrote her a letter that made her dropped it. The rents cheap but be careful you dont get screwed."
