"Just our personal experience on the application process. We have rented from personal landlords and big companies and never been denied once on applications until this company with our perfect payment history at said landlords. You pay $50 each or $100 per couple to apply online. Also wanted $5000 to hold the place which was reasonable to us and well within our means to do. Make sure your credit is extremely high before applying or you will get denied because ours has never been higher in the 600 range and we got denied for a trailer in a trailer park of all places a week after applying.( Their other places in warrenton available were either smoke smelling or questionable tenants asking for money next to railroad tracks. we have to be specific on where we can live due to 3 young daughters with one daughter born without all limbs developed so we need to be picky). So their standards are extremely high for lower quality places which is sad but it is what it is just make sure you know what your applying for and before you spend good money on applying."
