"If you're getting these and the top axle units are on pallets, make sure the pallets are heavily reinforced. If not, reject the load. They're not supposed to be on pallets, as per the receiver manager. They're supposed to be on dunnage. When the receiver manager contacted the shipper, the shipper agreed these were packaged incorrectly. Straps over the brake drums or the brake calipers is the proper securement. Which I did. Three stars for the friendly staff, quick loading, and the shipper covering the damaged parts and pieces."

"The worst! suspension company I have ever dealt with. Ordering they talk to you like your so lucky be to be on the phone with them . Then they don't take any kind of card and u have to snail mail a check or money order.just absolutely ridiculous they have never made anything easy or fast my advice steer clear of them there customer service is garbage"
