"My handicapped nephew ordered a large thin crust pineapple ham and jalapeno large pizza a 2liter of cherry pepsi a 20oz of cherry pepsi cinnamon.stix.with icing I order of bacon ranch cheddar cheese stix..he accidentally put pick up so I called them and they was very rude it was a female.that answered and I thought I had the wrong number because she answered HELLO not pizza hut she was very rude I asked to talk to a manager he got on the phone he act like he i was bothering him I explained to him what happened and he told me to call the help hotline and as he was hanging up he said looks like we have some free food ...how dare them"

"Will not ever order here again I paid for extra pepperoni and there’s barely any on it and the dough isn’t cooked gross!!!"

"Ordered some food, then the driver called me told me it was impossible to deliver my food that I would just have to accept a refund. I them called the store a girl answered, I kindly told her my issue and she said she is not sure ifi can get a refund and said she uncomfortable with me on the phone It's been 2 weeks waiting on my refund had to find a male to speak to. These generation of women are sick in the head"

"The didn't deliver my order said that it was fake name and address and even when I tried to give them step by step directions they said that I was making it up and I would not be allowed to order from them again I had to call corporate!!! "I placed my order and as soon as I placed it I called them and told them I wanted my wings to be all flats and the guy act like he didn’t know what that was and said ok. I get my wings and they couldn’t even do a simple thing I asked them to do. Will not be getting anything from this Pizza Hut every again."
