"I run a newly started trucking company. After reading so many forums, it was very overwhelming. I was referred to Bulkloads from another logistics company. I called customer service and reached an extremely personable young man named Ryan. Ryan explained so many things to me and helped make the process of signing up enjoyful. I had a lot of newbie questions and concerns. He had to explain a few things a few different ways for me to fully understand because I am so new to all of the lingo. The whole time, he was upbeat, interactive, soothing, and compassionate to all of my concerns. I was literally shocked at how easy it was to sign up for this service. Then, he gave me his contact number in case I had any other concerns later on. He told me to reach out whenever. He explained a factoring company that helps out with payment and many other options that Bulkloads provide. Ryan sent me a text/email with all of my information for me too. He even set my account up for me on the phone and that included my password too. I am only running with two semis right now. However, he informed me to reach out in a couple of months to use a TMS system they have for larger fleets too. I was EXTREMELY impressed with my interaction with him. He made it pain-free and more of a joy. I had no problems asking any type of question because he made me feel so comfortable. He was rooting for my business cheering me on. Additionally, he even informed me he was in the office and he would wait for some paperwork to help push through for me. This way, I could get on the road as soon as possible. Thanks to Ryan I am going to be able to be on load boards today and book tomorrow. Honestly, I wish I could give 10 stars for the type of service he provided. My anxiety turned to excitement to start the new trucking journey. I hope all of the rest of the company is as good as he is. I highly recommend this service."

"I am very big on customer service and I have to say from the demo to now we have received nothing but amazing service. From answering our million phone calls and emails on questions we may have, to speaking directly to drivers to help them navigate the app. The other thing we love is that this software caters more to what we need, which we were having a hard time finding in other, maybe more well known, software. Definetly pleased all around with The software and most definetly with the people behind the software.
