"I paid and hired Mr. Culotta over a year ago to help me with a child custody case. He took my money and I have not heard from him ever since. He has not done anything to help me at all. I have called and called and despite the several messages that I have left he will not return any of my phone calls. Please do not be conned by him. He seems really genuine and concerned at first but once he is paid he will ignore you and completely disregard your situation."

"Court appointed lawyer who is IMPOSSIBLE to contact. Had an appointment scheduled and he cancelled. We rescheduled again and he called 30 minutes before appointment to say he’d be 15 minutes late and he never even showed up. Its been 2 damn days since that no show and tried to contact him 6 times to a phone that NEVER GETS ANSWERED! We have court in one week and we’ve never even met this lawyer. Either he’s super busy or he’s super not interested in being a lawyer. It’s hard to tell just what kind of service you’ll get from his lawyering abilities since he finds it impossible to meet with clients. Either way I feel he’s at the minimum incompetent; customer service rating is an F. If your lucky enough to be able to pay for an attorney, skip this one."
