"NHA itself was a very good program especially with the quiz questions and info. Setting up for the On-Line Procter was a different story. I am not a great test taker already and by the time I was ready to take the test, I was so stressed that I was almost in tears. As I was taking the test, there were 4 interruptions and including a "warning", which did put me into tears and felt there was no way I passed the test. I had such a hard time focusing and couldn't hardly concentrate on the questions. I was warned because I was barely whispered while I was reading the questions so I could comprehend what was being asked. I am an instructor/trainer and if any of my team members have to do online proctoring, I will warn them to choose better than PSI."
