"If I could give zero stars I would...Patrick Kelly is the person who is supposed to issue weekly payments for my husband...currently three weeks behind....he is refusing to pay for a prescription I had to pay cash for when my husband just got released from the hospital that was to manage his pain so it's not like I could wait for Walgreens to get the info...claims we had a prescription card that would of covered it...we have never received a prescription card in the two years we have been going through this. So now we have to fight that in court...which is a month away. We have had bills sent to us for procedures done that they were supposed to pay and we receive notices threatening to take us to collections over. He never answers our attorneys emails regarding anything...all I can say is it must be nice to have a job that you get paid for doing nothing. He is incompetent and should be fired."

"Patrick seems to be nice but he is very unprofessional, and unorganized. Worker comp claim sucks never receive my check on time . They have said they have issued me more checks than I have received but fail to look into it. He is never in the office. Bills are piling up and have not paid one medical bill or prescription. Has sent me zero paperwork on anything just a prescription card the pharmacy can not use."
