"The pharmacy did not fill my prescription because of an issue with my insurance but did not tell me to contact my company. They just cancelled the re-fill each time. It would have been easy to fix early if they contacted me or the prescribing doctor. I called multiple times to talk to the pharmacy and just sat on hold. Once we visited in person, we were able to find out the problem and fix it the same day."
