"GoodRx Coupon Users Beware! This pharmacy is contracted to accept coupons from GoodRx but they have been denying my coupons for the past year. On my most recent visit to this pharmacy I again presented my GoodRx coupon to the clerk. Again I was told the same thing as on my previous visits. The clerk told me that the RxPCN printed on my coupon was a PCN number for the east coast and again my coupon was denied. This time I decided to call the phone number listed on the GoodRx coupon, for assistance, since the clerk was unwilling to process my coupon. The GoodRx representative that I spoke with told me that he would call the pharmacy to resolve the issue while I waited patiently. Funny thing is that before the pharmacy received the call from the GoodRx representative they somehow found a way to process the coupon through their system and the discount was applied to my purchase. This pharmacy has denied my coupons multiple times in the past year and has charged me 3x the amount for prescriptions that I have purchased from them. Would have been nice if they could have found a way to process my coupons before this. They clearly do not like accepting GoodRx coupons as the clerk informed me that they have to pay $5 to run the coupon and that they don't make any money off of it. I have used GoodRx coupons at other Price Chopper pharmacies and have never had any problem. Shady practices at this pharmacy!"

"The pharmacy people are all kind and so very willing to go out of their way to help us. They seem to have problems with their time meds software. We don't get all our pills on pick up day and either have to wait or come back. The 5 cents off per gallon of gas with each prescription doesn't hurt at all."

"30 minute wait in checkout for one item... I won't be coming back to this store for a very very long time... Possibly never. Stupid 6 hour sale, and I was not even after anything in that sale. Which was why I was so upset."
