"On 1-12 I contacted my primary doctor to send a prescription to Walgreens, I found out by the receptionist at my doctor’s clinic that it was to Center Well Pharmacy. I then called your facility. They first asked if I wanted to fill the prescription, well I stated yes, that is why it was sent in. I was inform it would take 5-7 days. I called on January either 17 or 18 to check status . They told me it wasn’t sent due to something with my credit card. No one contacted me about it. At that point I was very disappointed. Had I not called, they would have just sat on it for who knows how long. I talked to supervisor per my request, got no where with him until I insisted for them to send it as a overnight or 2 day delivery. At first I was told they can’t do it that way. Few minutes passed with my call on hold, and now they can do that. So I was expecting it to arrive the next day. Jan 19. We’ll much to my more disappointment, the pharmacist called me, meds had not only not gone out but that they did not have any on stock, hadn’t had oxycodone in as stock for weeks. The pharmacist said that the other personal should have contact the pharmacy regarding this situation. She offered to call my primary doctor, and work this out. Well after all this , my doctor wrote a new scrip, the correct med (oxycodone) sent to Walgreens, where it should have gone to begin with. I needed the med like yesterday, I had my back injured 2x. First time at work passing lunch trays at a hospital. The second time I was parked in the emergency lane on the freeway, with my hazard lights on, my car just turned off on me, so I was able to glide to the emergency lane. Then this woman slammed into my rear end, bringing my rear seats crunched up to the rear of front seats. So my rear seats were cheek to cheek with my front seats. So on Saturday 1-13,1-14 we had 6-8 inches of snow, and no pain meds to help with the situation. I am on disability, my back never recovered, constant pain is my way of life. That is why I was going nuts, with no relief for 5 days, I had also experienced 4 days and 4 nights of no sleep, I am also an insomnia client, working night shift (9:45 pm-7:45 am) for about 12 or 14 years. I was no longer able to carry the required performance as a nurse, no option but to go on disability since January 2014. So I also would like to apologize for my verbal aggression to the representatives who attempted to help me. But also, there needs to be better communication between departments.. But I think the representative did not have the tools to deal with this kind of situation."
