"Pros: Staff is kind and flexible. Better pharmacists and techs than I've experienced at any other pharmacy. Prices are also significantly cheaper than other pharmacies. They answer phone calls quickly. Cons: The website refill option doesn't always work for me so I have to call. They occasionally run out stock of my medication but they will always direct me to the closest store with stock. The line can also be long but there are chairs to sit in. Overall the customer service outweighs the cons for me. Not every aspect is controlled by the pharmacy. Be kind to your pharmacist!"
"Good pharmacy, now ever, their drive thru seriously damaged my wheel because you can't see the curb as you pull out. The odd configuration of the drive thru makes you cross through an incoming traffic lane to enter or exit it. Highly recommend not to use the drive thru."
"Have to jump through more hoops with this pharmacy than a tiger does in a Circus. You have to wait days to get your prescription. Don't use this unless you want to sit there and twiddle your thumbs. Carol is great tho!"
"Several times it has happened that I will call a few days before my medication is out to make sure they will have my refill ready on the date I am out. I am assured that they will have it ready for me. Then I will call right before leaving to pick it up to confirm it is ready for me and it is only then that they decide to tell me they do not have my medication in stock and they have absolutely no idea when they will have more. How is this okay? What if not having my medication was a life-threatening situation to me? Again - this has happened to me SEVERAL times in the past 2-3 years. Absolutely infuriating and potentially dangerous."
"Terrible pharmacy experience. They’re chronically understaffed and customer service isn’t great. They don’t notify customers when prescriptions are filled or unfilled, leading to waiting around at HyVee while they scramble to complete yours and 10 other prescriptions. My insurance rejected my prescription (same one I’ve had for 2 years), I wasn’t called, and was only told when I showed up to pick it up, at which point they had not filled it at all. I offered to pay the difference but they simply didn’t fill it at all. I called well in advance to refill, there’s no reason they couldn’t have called to tell me that insurance didn’t cover it. I’ve worked around their inconsistentes by calling up to a week ahead to get my meds in time, but it’s gotten ridiculous."
