"They are always really nice and it's great to go someplace local. The lobby is always very clean and they just opened a new location on pleasant grove. The bad is it takes forever to get a phone call answered, almost an hour with customer service."

"Worst Bank/CU ever to try and get a loan, specifically HELOC. The service rep on the phone are incompetent, the managers are even worst. The loan officers took all my information, ran my credit. We never heard from them. Had to follow up and the service rep called back and said we had too many properties so wouldn't qualify for a HELOC but all our other properties had positive cashflows. I asked to speak to the loan officer, they refuse to speak to me and provided no response. So unprofessional and a waste of a hard pull on our credit. Don't waste your time."
