"Mike was nothing short of amazing. He went above and beyond printing off some documents I needed and also notarizing them, all in one go. He honestly couldn't have been more friendly and professional. Genuinely friendly. Sincere all around. I'll definitely come back to this location time and again for his service."
"Have banked with Arvest for 20 years. Not anymore—their fees are out of control. Your money is not safe here."
"We love banking with Arvest! The staff there are very kind and personal. Nathaniel Craig who has been handling our home loan is incredible to say the least. When trying to figure out our options to refinance our current home or buy a new home, he jumped through every hoop imaginable to get us the best rates and credits possible. He was always available for us and always empowered us to make the right decision. I really can't say enough good things about them. If you're looking for a good down-to-earth bank in NWA, Arvest is it! :)"
"Online services via web and app are very poor. Since a system upgrade in May online banking errors out when you attempt to alter or delete a reoccurring payment. You can update the most current version of the reoccurring bill. Multiple browsers have the same issue on multiple computers. Update 7/9 After 90 minutes on the phone with customer service, I was told there is a known several week old system problem. This problem is causing the data that I see on the web page and the app to be different than what really occurs. This means that when the web page/app says a bill is paid, the bill may not have been paid. It also means that when I have cancelled a payment and it shows active, it may have been cancelled. In other words, the web page and app I use is not 100% accurate and I have no way to know what really happened without going through my account line by line - after the fact. If a bill is not paid, too bad. One added jewel to the calls came from the IT department. The tech said they could not recreate the error in their test system, so it is not possible that I am having issues. Not making this up. How can a bank get away with this? Everyone is very sorry and apologetic, yet the issue has been not been fixed and I have no way of knowing what is happening with MY money."
"The tellers are courteous and professional. On the rare occasion that I have had to do something more than a simple transaction, I feel well taken care of. They make great suggestions and tend to anticipate my needs better than I do."
