"Used to be a FedEx fan.. The day finally came and I'm now a UPS fan. Paid extra for faster shipping and it was out for deliery to Neosho MO. No driveway alarm or camera showing FedEx attempted delivery, but received a txt that delivery attempt failed due to nobody at home. Untrue and not even a package that required a signature. Driver flat out lied. Wrote this review as this is not the first time happening."

"My package was delivered this morning at 10:32 am it wasn't left by the door, wasn't left in the mailbox. I went out tonight in the dark and found it by the outside garden hose faucet. This is not the first time this happened, I have found my packages by an un- used garage, and my favorite was the driver that just dropped out of her truck window in the middle of the driveway. I caught her and asked her why she did that her response was she didnt know where the front door was. Seriously!!"

"I was able to send the address for my local FedEx ground warehouse and they called as soon as it was on thier dock. I was able to easily sign and have the pallet set on the back of my pickup by thier forklift. The people were very nice."

"My truck tailgate wouldn't open and 4 or 5 guys convened to help offload the pallet and load it into my truck separately. It was so nice and made my life a lot easier. Thanks!"
