"I'm having some issues with Domino's primarily because they route your phone calls to a call service. Typically, the call-center employees do not speak clear English and have a Hindi accent. Because of all the Indian (Hindi/Hindu) scammers in the US. I do not trust to leave any of my information, whether financial or even, addressing them. I understand this is to discourage callers and persuade people to use their app! However, I will elect to stop eating Domino's and give them a bad review. They must go back to the old ways of answering their own phones. Bottom line is Domino's still has great food. What I am not pleased with is their service, which is unacceptable!"

"Robin is amazing! I was having trouble ordering thru the dominos app so I called the restaurant and explained what was going on. Robin was super helpful and courteous. She checked their end of the app and saw what the problem was but offered to take my order over the phone. Best customer service I've had from a pizza place in a long time."
