"My first look at Satori Olathe last October when I was considering moving. Tatum was friendly and answered all my questions during and after the tour. When I finally made the decision to move in February, Tatum was once again very helpful and answered more questions. The overall move in went well. While there is still some work to do in the unit, it has not affected my settling in. Maintenance has been very responsive and quick to my requests. Overall I’m very happy I chose Satori Olathe."

"Coming from Miami, FL to Olathe, KS was already a big step for myself simply because of the location and trying to settle into a place that would suit my needs(i.e a garage to hide my car from snow). Upon arrival, the complex was clean and the staff was very friendly and embracing. Braylin took really good care of me and provided me with everything I needed to know regarding the Satori and even assisted with referrals for once I moved! Its a smart home so everything you need to access within the home is accessible through your cellular device. I have been there for about a month now and still learning all the perks Satori has to offer and do not have any complaints."

"We rented a 3bdr apartment with the garage. We thought we would stick around in this apartment for several years, but after this last winter we can’t get out fast enough. We refuse to do another winter in this building. Main complains start with the lack of maintenance. Repeatedly sending maintenance’s requests to not have anything fixed for weeks. The smart home system never worked. There simply is not enough parking at the complex. The insulation was horrible and the furnace isn’t sized appropriately so the apartment struggled to stay at temp during the winters. I also want to note how awful their trash service was. Like their trash compactor repeatedly would have a mountain of trash bags in front of it. When that happened they wouldn’t pick up trash bags from the valet trash and you ended up with trash all over the property. It would sit like that for days before anyone would actually clean it up. Any time we tried to talk to administration/property managers we were given vague excuses and dismissive comments. I can’t recommend this apartment complex to anyone."
