"After having issues at another complex, I spoke with Robyn the managerat Avignon. She was so helpful and got everything taken care of. Sandi and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Made it very easy to provide necessary information to complete the process. The property is very nice and well kept. Looking forward to my new home."
"No complaints. Leasing staff are very competent and you can tell they care. Maintenance guys are efficient and helpful. Apartment was spotless on move-in. Usually there are problems in every new place but at the Avignon, they paid attention to every little detail. Downside to living in such a well-maintained community is living around many type-A people. They are strict with rules for even minor things such as patio decorations. As a trade-off, they are timely and stay on-top of everything. You can't find anything out of place because a resident has probably already complained about it. Big downside is for some reason despite the strictness, I have seen at least 3 obvious pitbulls which are supposed to be banned. My last apartment was poorly managed but evicted anyone caught with pitbulls or German Shepherds. There is one pitbull that looks to be 80-100lbs and is always muzzled. I have seen it become aggressive towards small dogs. I realize this issue is political. I am just confused how they slipped through the cracks."
