"Current resident. This complex has a ton of issues for being brand new. Mold is a huge issue. Have had major mold in walk in closets. Gets painted over but comes back. My closet has been demolished and re built and mold still cames back. The guy with warranty who re did the closet used my vacuum to clean his mess and even used my trash can as a mud bucket to mix the dry wall stuff. Moisture coming from unsealed cement floors yet getting owners or warrenty to take up carpet to seal is impossible. So mold is still an issue. Neighbors had her closets redone as well and the day she was able to move back in, she saw mold! Many other neighbors with same mold issue. Can feel the moisture & dampness in air and even on clothes hanging in closets. Can walk into my daughters room and smell the mold, it's that bad. Yet im told mold is gone. Why can i smell it and even manager say it's so strong of mold smell but mold is gone? It's inside the walls. The builders did a horrible job building. Not just cosmetic issues. Should not be this many issue for being a brand new complex. Manager is great but owners not so much. They even fired their maintenance guy who is really trying to help. Rumor has it he was fired for voicing his opinion about the major issues with complex & what exactly needs to be done but owners and or warrenty are too cheap to fix properly. Many of the tenets are low income and can't afford to up & move. DO NOT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT LIKE MANY OF MY NEHIGHBORS IN BUILDING 2 DO!!! I have currently been in contact with a Lawyer & am looking for an affordable place to move to as I am deeply concerned for my childrens health as they are already regular patients at Childrens mercy due to being born with heart defects."
