Aspen Place Apartments

"I have lived here now for about a week. There are many more pros than there are cons so far. Very friendly neighbors, I would say that they don’t clean thoroughly enough before a new tenant moves in- but I don’t mind getting my hands dirty every now and again. I will say that I did have a couple of issues with my ceiling leaking but the staff and maintenance came right away and that is something that is VERY important to me. My cat also ran away after falling out of the window and the maintenance man, staff and community all helped me search. I have learned so far that no matter where you live- no place is going to be perfect. What matters the most is that they have came to resolve any issues that I have had at appropriate timing and that’s what is important to me. They actively have resolved any and all issues I have had and have been apologetic for anything that has gone wrong within my unit so far. I think that if they continue to respond and communicate with their community- they could have much much more success with all tenancy!"

"Love the location super close to everything. I like the space and washer dryer hookups. Initially i used the onsite laundry which is not bad also. Office girl is nice and gets back always. Sometimes on text and sometimes she calls."

"I would rate the office staff a forsure 4-5 star in all honesty. The back up of a sink and laundry drain no more than 2 weeks after living here with 2 back to back water outages as well as doors that still haven’t been addressed or an open 6 inch hole from a pipe in my front years still not being addressed is what gets them this 1 star review. Would not recommend living here unless the water line is updated as well as a recent camera ran down all drain lines to save yourself headache."

"This place has a constant water/well issues. Water was turned on and off constantly. Water would randomly be brown. Prior to moving in, apartment was not even near clean. Constant pest problems (mainly freaking spiders). The office is super slow with maintenance requests. If you are looking into living here to save money, pay the extra money to live somewhere else. This place is bad news! Peace out, Aspen Place."

"This place is a dump we filled out a list of stuff that needed fixed when moved in a year ago that included everything from mold to bugs, windows and doors not closing and locking. No one has showed up to fix the issues yet in the years time they went through 3 different office managers. This is not a pleasant place to live would not recommend this to anyone.if you think what I'm saying is not true we still have the pictures and a copy of the list from a year ago"
