Lincoln Townhomes

"I live in the duplexes, so I can’t speak to the townhomes. This is the place that I hope to call my home for as many years as I can. Donna, the manager is amazing. I was on a wait list for a duplex with fenced yard. When I was next on the list, I was very apprehensive because I couldn’t look at the unit first. Donna promised I would love it and she was spot on. This duplex is spacious, clean, has beautiful new flooring… it’s perfect. There have been a few maintenance issues, but they were fixed quickly. The maintenance staff is great. Phil is the main guy on this property now and I’m so glad they hired him."

"My husband and I lived here for a year. The management was amazing, we loved it here! Any issues that we had, they were fixed immediately by maintenance. Our neighbors were nice, the management was nice, and the staff was nice! Parking was kind of tight and insulation wasn't the best, which is the only reason I will give it 4 stars instead of 5."

"I lived in these townhome for 3 yrs and they are wonderful. I loved living here. It is a quite community and very safe. Fran in the office is friendly and always greets you with a smile. The maintenance staff was great as well. If you have an issue they are there promptly to fix the problem."
