They treat Garrison Rd going into KCAP like their personal parking lot even though there's several signs down Garrison that say NO PARKING! THEY PARK IN BOTH BLIND CURVES ON GARRISON choking the blind curve down to one lane while they get out and piss. Absolutely zero professionalism whatsoever."

"A lot of good people work for this terrible driver mill of company. Those home daily relays are not what it looks like, you’re lucky if you get to run 5 days a week/20 days a month, you’ll likely have to sacrifice one of your days off. A breakdown (blown tire) will likely cost you your next day run. Slow downs at GM/Ford will likely mean not as much work for relays. Even though there are SCHEDULED holiday GM/Ford plant closures, operations isn’t interested in keeping drivers working by planning ahead and getting spot freight, so during those times you may work 2-3 days those weeks (if you’re lucky). Contracts come and go and that affects the relay runs and you working. Relay drivers make a lot of financial sacrifices to work here. The company keeps ad’s on Craigslist because the turnover rate for relay drivers is over 100% likely 200%+ because operations out of MTS headquarters don’t care about driver retention, there’s always someone reading those ad’s ready to bite."

"This company will not pay overtime for local hourly pay, their lot is tiny and always congested. THEY HAVE DRIVER FACING CAMERAS and THEY WILL DING YOU FOR TAKING A DRINK OF WATER. 4 DINGS AND YOURE FIRED. They lack common sense and wonder why they are always looking for drivers"

"Drivers beware... Before you waste your time with the driving test etc. Know they use "driver facing cameras" which in most cases isn't a big deal, but this company will micro manage you to death with them, absolutely no privacy and ridiculous rules. The yard is tiny and you'll always have to fight for parking, the trucks are old and they don't pay for overtime for local gigs. Where's the common sense these days? Mtc I hope you see this and learn why you're always short on drivers"

"I was hired to work Monday through Friday at this place over 3 to 4 months I had more than 14 loads cancel which meant I had 14 days off with no pay their policy is if they don't get a load then you don't get paid if you expect to have a normal paycheck do not go to work for this place they will work one guy six days a week and another guy two or three days a week multiple weeks in a row they could care less about drivers you're just another number. I witnessed this happened to a number of drivers that quit and finally I did as well because of this they have no schedule of when you will have days off. Also their policy is if an accident happens and there was any way shape or form you could have prevented it and you did not then you are getting written up another driver had a car coming to his Lane and was told by safety most likely he will get a write-up even though he was not ticketed by the police officer. He quit the next day so he did not have to worry about it."
