"Tracking ends at this facility, a full week after the expected delivery date I call to find out what's going on. I'm told that the load in question was either not picked up at the previous facility or has been left on a dock somewhere, they have been doing "dock checks" for an additional 4 days now. No update yet, at this point I'm not hopeful that it will be recovered especially after seeing all of these other poor reviews."

"DONT GIVE THEM A MINUTE OF YOUR TIME. I've been waiting a week on my car to get delivered and they keep lying about arrival day and times. This is the worst auto transporter company ever. They use a middle man at that I'm assuming other contractors and both parties do not communicate they leave the calling up to you to check and see what's going on. Like the guy was suppose to deliver but had a flat tire or something and no one reached out about delay or anything. Just had me waiting and as I'm writing this review I'm still waiting on my car and haven't heard from anyone. I wish I would've never used this company. Lesson learned"

"Guaranteed to be at least a month late on all deliveries. I’m not kidding. If you call customer service expect to be number 75 in line and wait an hour. I have unfortunately had items delivered to me 3 times through this company in the last 6 months and I don’t have enough room here to even begin to tell what a nightmare it is to work with this company. I wholeheartedly believe the management is so poor it deserves to no longer be in business, perhaps the first company I’ve ever felt this strongly about. I would rather rent a truck and drive across 4 states to retrieve items at my own expense than deal with them."

"Purchased parts for work, shipped from California to Kansas City. Item was to be delivered Friday 7/31/20. After calling 3 days in a row, and being told it was out for delivery, still hasn't showed. Today 8/5/20, when I called, they tell me they didn't have time to get to me today, and it was still on the truck. I then told Customer Service I would like to pick up from dock, but they informed me my stuff was in the back of truck and they would not unload it to get my freight. Oh by the way, did I tell you they only have one, 800 number to call? Every time I call I'm number 42-67 in line. Normally takes 30+ minutes to get a rep on the phone! DO NOT USE ROADRUNNER IF YOU HAVE TIME CRITICAL FRIGHT!"

"We ordered a large play set from Costco and this was the third party company responsible to deliver it to us. The man called and said we would need 2-4 extra men to help unload it. No where on Costco does it say the customer is responsible for helping unload the truck. When we said that would not be possible our play set sat in a truck or a warehouse for almost 2 weeks. It was supposed to be delivered April 22 but didn’t come until May 9. My husband had to call at least 4-5 times before they finally arranged to have it delivered. My husband still ended up having to help unload in a precarious manner."
