"Something weird going on in the office at this depot. Entire depot is poorly ran by a family that is late everyday, employees are treated with bare minimum respect with poor working conditions, and customers are just a number. Big integrity issues at this company overall."

"Not to bad... The people are friendly. But the communication from the office to the check in could use some improvement. The gate told me my booking was no good. But the deal was my company had had it approved but the information did not get to the check-in workers. But the place for the most part is a pretty good and efficient at taking care of you. It's gotten much better in the last year. Which as a driver I like to see. Cause the quicker I get in and out the better. I would say it's making the process much better !!!"

"People were very rude especially in the safety department. Spoke with (who I was told is the highest you can go to speak with as far as management) she became very defensive after informing her that her driver side swiped my car with his truck bed. Very inconsiderate and no compassion at all. I would not use this service nor employ for them. Just horrible and sad to have to experience no customer service."
