When it comes to there car service delivery they are fantastic however do not depend on them for truck service deliveries..they often say they are running behind and will not guarantee same day or even 2 hour service. It's a company we thought were reliable but unfortunately will not be used again when it comes to big truck shipments."

I called and gave them all my cc info and was told my cc would not be charged until the ride was over. I don't know if this was a driver issue or an internal issue but the driver required the payment in cash! The whole point was that I was paying for the ride and not my son, fortunately he had the $65 in cash (which I'm reimbursing him), not sure what they would have done otherwise...."
