The poor person answering the phone probably dreads seeing my number pop up because of how many times I've said to send me to the AP person Sheila. Sheila talks a lot of game that she sent the check on such and such date and I supposedly haven't received the check yet. "I'm good at what I do and I know I did it." Well you didn't Sheila. I called you before and you tried to pass on the excuse of "Well I don't send the checks, all of that's done at corporate." Then you rudely hung up on me after I asked to speak to whoever it was at your corporate office about receiving payment. So first you tell me you send the checks and you know you sent them, then you don't send checks and your corporate office does. Which one are you lying about because they can't both be truthful."
