"After reading other reviews , I'm glad things turned out the way they did. Regardless, beware of the application fee. Spent $100 over 6days ago. Was told we'd have a response in 1-2 days. Haven't heard from them. Only an email telling us to apply and come by for a visit. (Which we also did) . Luckily we found 2 bedroom house instead of this place for less"

"I have never written a review before, but if this helps people not move into this awful complex then that's a good thing. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I lived there for 4 years which is way longer than I should have. The whole place is infested with roaches including their laundry facilities, all they would do if you called is send someone to come spray, but that does nothing for the roaches that are inside all the walls. They need to hire a actual exterminating company to tent the place and get rid of them but they won't do that, repaving the parking lot and free wifi are more important apparently. You can also look at all the other awful reviews people have left and see how bad the roaches are. Also they will try to screw you over as well. My rent was supposed to be prorated for the last month for the 11 days left on the lease i had, but they overcharged me by about $400, and they said they'd give me a $350 refund. Well they didn't, what they did do was take my $200 deposit and charged me and took it from the $350 they owed me for overcharging my rent. So basically they stole from me, and I also paid them a $400 pet deposit which they told me is non refundable which I understand, but if they weren't going to use the $400 pet deposit to replace stuff then why did I pay them $600 in total for the depostits? You would have a better living environment staying at a hotel. I also saw that for a 1 bedroom its like $735 a month now. is that really worth it to pay so much just to see roaches everytime you turn on the lights? I'm also expecting a generic rsponse to this review just like all the other responses to the bad reviews people have given"

"If I could give this property 0 stars I would. My son moved out over 6 weeks ago. And they have told him every week since that his refund for what he was overcharged (YEP WHAT HE WAS OVER CHARGED BY MISTAKE) would be sent. They keep saying it will be sent Friday. Here we are 6 Fridays later and still no refund from them. When you call it says the offices are closed and they are in fact open. He went there today and now they are telling him he needs to deal with corporate. His experience living there was awful. I don't need to say much about that. If you read all the other reviews you'll know what I'm talking about. Untrustworthy people are managing this property."

"I lived in this place for 2 years and honestly that was too long. I have never placed a review of apartments online, but I would hate to see more people move here without knowing the following information. This place has so many roach issues. They tell you not to spray any of your own stuff, but I only saw the guy come and spray twice and I always made sure I was home when he was supposed to come. Roaches were an issue in every apartment building on the property. When new people moved in the office told them there were no issues with roaches at all. They turned the water off in my building at least twice a month for several hours. It was constantly because of a "maintenance issue". When it was turned back on, the water coming out was gross. The area itself is sketchy. I've heard gunshots at the complex itself and also complexes surrounding it. Also, if any neighbors smoked weed, that's all you could smell in my apartment. My oven handle broke off soon after I moved in and they kept gluing back instead of getting new pieces which didn't help at all. I had several issues with office staff just being rude about things. They lied about so many things. They would close the office all the time and didn't always email about it, but expected you to walk by their door to see a sign posted. If it happened when rent was due you would be considered late, even if you turned it in by the right date. They tried to up my rent by like $100 at the end of my lease but weren't solving any of the problems that we're going on around me. Also, something kind of minor is that they make you give a 2 months notice when you're leaving which makes it harder to get an apartment anywhere else because everywhere else has a one month notice. I would not recommend living here."

"I lived at Eastview apartments for my one year lease. I am going to leave my honest review the apartment complex has done a lot this year to increase the price of rent like re-paving the parking lot or adding free wi-fi. Here’s what they don’t tell you I lived in building A on the side facing the highway ALL of my neighbors including myself has had a nonstop problem with roaches and bugs. The apartment complex does very little to help they will send a pest guy out but he can only do so much the entire building is infested and the apartment complex needs to fix this issue. Even though the entire building is infested with roaches the apartment complex still charged me $200 dollars for it…"
