"Its quite and close to shopping managers are great and come and fix what's needed to be fixed. Love this place. Now that the place is trails end we have lived here 3 years rent always on time no trouble to anyone we ask for normal wear and tear things to b fixed 3 months later nothing has been done its horrible I'd not recommend this place to anyone We have a disabled vet and couldn't get grab bars installed unless we paid for them they wouldn't let the VA build a ramp for my husband they have no wheelchair accessible units he could use at time or now no solution terrible costumer service to such good renters that did everything right on there end. Horrible situation do not recommend this apartment complex to anyone!!!!!"

"We are just now applying to rent an apartment from them. We don't know why the negative reviews exist. The awesome people managing these apartments are so great and kind. They are helping me in every way to get approved and moved in. And the apartments they showed us look really good and were remodeled very well. We have had a great experience so far."

"RBS kind of sucks. Cheap apartments for the space but awful craftsmanship and managers aren't great. Anyone who wants to come live at sunchase condos should look at how awful my deck is built. The wood is rotting and they apparently couldn't figure out how to use a tape measure because the boards don't even line up. I can send anyone who wants to see pictures. Also I remember one time there was a leaking pipe above my downstairs neighbors apartment and water was getting in his house. They actually had the nerve to call me and ask if I could go home from work to see if my dog had peed on the floor enough to leak downstairs, like for real how stupid do you have to be to think that's even possible?"

"I want to apologize to anyone who has had a bad experience with RBS Properties. I can assure you things have changed, and that property manager is no longer with us. We are working very hard to make all of our tenants happy. You wouldn't be unsatisfied now. Once again I apologize. Kory, you may call me to resolve this matter. I have made several attempts to email you back with no response. I'm not understanding why you will not just call me and take care of this. I have no records of anything being wrong with your unit. My records indicate you broke your rental agreement which comes with penalties. 883-8616"

"Micheal the manager is a terrible person. He's arrogant, and conceited. I heard after I left they hired someone better to do work on the apartment, but at least while I lived there the work was patchwork in the best situation. I haven't lived there in sometime, but I heard from a family that lives there that nothing has changed except the number of occupants the complex has, and the work on putting up siding on the apartments is in its 4th month of work."
