"Came here to pick up a donation load going to Lebanon. We were impressed with the nice-looking facility they have. The people working here are just as nice. We noticed the free snacks when we checked in at the shipping office. We arrived a little early and assigned a door right away. In and out about 40 minutes."

"Of the 4 months I drove for this company, it was not a good experience. I was assigned a truck with a major air leak and brakes that would fail D.O.T inspection. The shop told me to just deal with it and to hope I don't get an inspection. Communication was aweful. I only received 4 dispatches with load information and had to to call customers each time for delivery or pickups. If you question or challenge them, you will be fired and stranded at the terminal with no way home. There's a reason this company hasn't grown or thrived since it started. Steer clear of Convict Systems LLC."
