"While I have seen some minor changes needed, I see new things everyday. A small shopping eReader for needed items forgot at store. A larger staff to supply fast repairs and continuous cleaning."

"We are one of the younger families that has moved in since Monarch switched from a 55+ community. Although no longer 55+, it still has a strong community feel that often comes with those types of communities. The apartments are nice and have a high quality feel to them. The sound barriers between the aparrments must be pretty decent because we never hear our next door neighbors (different story with upstairs, but that can't be avoided). It is a very safe feeling complex with a gated parking lot, locked doors after office hours, and several security cameras throughout the property. There has been a lot of staff transition while they have searched for someone permanent, and everyone has been wonderful. Cameran, who is currently here, is highly organized and it is easy to tell that she strives to keep her residents feeling at home."

"My wife and I were some of the first to move in when they opened we are MORE than satisfied with the apartment (especially since I have mobility problems to some extent.) ADA apartment And the staff is GREAT . I personally have went on one of there bus rides to destinations. Place is SUPER clean and well kept ( grounds, security… etc.) and Jack the maintenance man is not only a great help with stuff should you need him but also become a valued friend like all the staff have through community functions the staff puts on for the tenants all the time . Well done Monarch !!!.5 stars!!"

"I agree the trash issue is a little irritating for those of us who work. Most times I carry it to the dumpsters. There have been issues with the pool and hot tub and as of today I believe the pool may be working. My car was broken into, but never saw a "security tape" and the gates are still not locking. I am not sure about the 55 and over as I see a lot of younger people. Diversity is good. The one and only Elevator has been out and once it was from Friday till Mon. The flight of stairs is not for the elderly, especially with walkers. I know the hot tub is not working as well as pickleball court is closed. Lots of work left to do on our pricey amenities."
