"Maple Gardens is a great apartment community. The landlord is very willing to work with anybody. Maintenance requests are easy to make through the online portal, and are resolved quickly. This community is great and the location is safe. The bedrooms are spacious, and the pool is nice in the summer. I would highly recommend Maple Gardens to anyone looking to rent an apartment in South Springfield."

"These apartments are obviously a bit on the lower end of the rent spectrum as far as cost and overall quality. That being said, my husband and I feel that we have both had an overall positive experience at Maple Gardens. Of course the neighbors can be a bit careless with their noise or their dog poo, but as far as the maintenance and office team, they have been wonderful and prompt any time we have had a work order or any concerns. They have worked hard over the last year to update the place, and it definitely helps! We have always felt as though we were living in a relatively safe and clean area."
