"I will never buy a property listed by Home Team Property again. The listing agent was married to the owner of the home I purchased. The owner also built the home, yet they failed to disclose that there is a 1,000 gallon propane tank buried in the front yard of my property. This question was specifically asked on the disclosure form. They checked the box stating "due to limited knowledge of the property seller makes no disclosures." Really? The owner, Travis Little, was fully aware of the presence of the tank according to the manager of the Propane Company. The Propane Company Manager advised me they worked with him on installing it. Rhonda Little was the listing agent and she too knew the disclosure rules and was also aware of the presence of the tank. This is so dishonest and I do not trust this company at all."
