"NEVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, EVER, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES, USE THIS COMPANY TO BUY A CAR! We went to buy a car from them and had a mechanic they recommended look it over before purchase (we were from out of town) and everything was signed off on as no issues. We purchase the (2016 Honda Pilot 100k mile- $22,000) car and the next week spend $1000 in maintenance to replace the timing belt and water pump that had never been changed. Immediately after purchase I realize the electrical parts of this car are not right. I couldn’t use Bluetooth or listen to the radio. Annoying, but whatever, I was going to get that fixed. I made only two car payments and the car started having major issues. It would turn off while it was in drive, put its self in neutral or reverse, not start, not turn off, etc. This was concerning bc those are dangerous issues to be having. We research and see that the newer Honda Pilots do have transmission updates they need sometimes. So we drove the Pilot over an hour away to the nearest Honda Mechanic/Dealership. When I arrived and turned off the car it wouldn’t start again. They said that someone put the wrong after market cheap starter on it and it didn’t line up to the flywheel in the transmission and it shredded both of them. Additionally, they said the transmission is toast. It’s going to cost me $8000 to drive the car again. Mechanic told us that any mechanic would have been able to see that that starter and flywheel wouldn’t work together without causing serious issues. I contacted Skyline and told them about all the issues we’ve been having and they acted like they were sorry and cared. They agreed multiple times to help us, at least partially, with these expenses. This isn’t a used car problem. This is a the entire car except the body and interior are bad situation. This is a car that I owe $22,000 on and as it sits is worth $8000. They said they would call us back by end of business on Friday, two weeks ago. Since that time they have dodged every call and email. They are the epitome of dishonest sales men. They like to talk about God and then steal and lie from people. I would never send anyone to them to buy a car. All of their cars look nice but they’ve likely thrown cheap aftermarket parts on them to unload them not caring about the financial devastation this causes to people. If o could give less than one star I would. 10/10 I do not recommend."
"This business owner decided to let an uninsured driver take their car to the automatic car wash. The driver put the car in park instead of drive and caused myself and another vehicle to crash into her. She didn't have the dealer insurance available and I was told to contact them. I called the dealer, was told to come by their shop to get it because "the owner is the only one who has it". When I did, he refused to provide me his insurance information and said that she is responsible and I can file a police report against her since she chose to be uninsured. All of this was said directly in front of his employee. He refused to take ownership and was okay with me taking action against her. Horrible business practice. Sure hope this guy learns how to operate things better. I'd hate to see what else he does dirty."

"Excellent customer service! I recently bought a very clean rebuilt 2020 RAM 2500 that was priced very fairly from Skyline. Ryan was my initial point of contact for this out of state purchase, and he provided every detailed picture of the truck that I asked for. This was critical before making a long drive to see it. He stayed in touch with me throughout my pre-approval process, and offered their assistance for my travel arrival to them. Once at the dealership, I knew I was in the right place! Skyline offers premium model vehicles, the office was very modern and neat, and Ryan and Paul were very professional throughout!
